Community Projects

Being naturally inclined to gadgetry and technology, Fido staff often find themselves pursuing interesting side-projects.  We have so far turned two of these into subsidiary efforts.

Habitat Transitional Shelters

In response to the homeless crises that confronts all of us as we commute to work, walk our neighborhoods, or explore the Bay Area, Fido has launched an initiative to develop and prototype a portable, stack-flat transitional shelter. It is built with metal framing, locking doors, operable windows, and standard residential insulation.  The Habitat™ is a safe refuge.  Learn more..
