Habitat Transitional Shelters
In response to the homeless crises that confronts all of us as we commute to work, walk our neighborhoods, or explore the Bay Area, Fido has launched an initiative to develop and prototype a portable, stack-flat transitional shelter. Year-UP's mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education. Fido supports Year-Up through hiring and technical consultation.

Guide Dogs for the Blind provides enhanced mobility to qualified individuals through partnership with dogs whose unique skills are developed and nurtured by dedicated volunteers and a professional staff. Fido Systems provides volunteer hours and financial support.
